yes! I have finally remembered my password and sign on name. I dont know if there is anyone out there to read this, but you never know. It has been a long time, almost 2 months since I last wrote. I am now married, and currently searching for a job. I have my second interview of my dream job today and I am praying that things will go well. It is everything in a job that I have ever wanted. Me, Activity Coordinator at Westlake Village Assisted Living. It would be so amazing. I have a new email that I am trying to get everyone to email to. I ma heading home and tomorrow and saturday I have my OAC conference meet. Saturday night will be a wedding reception and then heading to school for track blow out. Sunday morning is hopefully lunch with my family and then graduation at 130. Heading home for mothers day and I will be back monday after Shawn and I get our wedding license and check out some apartments. See ya~

Monday again and I have my last final every tonight. I qualified for nationals this last weekend and will look to jump even farther in the next two meets coming up. It is only getting close to the wedding, some thigns are starting to get me nervous. For example...miss Deveto has not emailed me in months and I am hoping she is still singing at the wedding. So its monday...I gave my senior presentation and all that is finally over! I am tired because my weekend was very busy. I have a final on wednesday and then one on monday. In practice today, things went soo well. I jumped 18'4 in practice. We finally fixed my jump and I know exactly what it feels like. Mentally it is very hard to do but after this week, I should be good. I was jumping 17' pop ups from a 60 foot run. The jump is completly different than any way that I have even jumped, but something is working. Well, i have to start working on my religion final so I hope you have a good week...BW track meet on saturday :)

All-Ohio meet sucked. Our team did not do well overall, although there were some very good performances. I on the other hand could have done much better. I won the triple jump, which surprised myself and just about everyone else who was there. I ran really bad in the 200 but oh well. Saturday was even worse. I had to run the relay before long jump which is highly unusual. Therefore, I sucked in long jump. I got 6th! I dont think I have ever done that bad at a meet ever. My legs were in pain and I was tired. At least our relay got first. Heading to BW this weekend to make some improvement in my long jump and the 200. Shower is this weekend and that should be ok. Jaime and Amanda, if you happen to be free on friday, after 2, let me know. There are some things I might need to talk to you about for the shower. I think I will see you on saturday jaime....amanda maybe you can come to the meet? Ok, gots to run and lift. See ya

This weekend is coming, and it should be a busy one. I have the All-Ohio track meet friday and saturday...Easter on SUnday. Bad news: last years injury is back again, never failing to happen at the same time as last year. Partially torn PCL is hurting again! It sucks but I know I am able to get through the season....well I should be able to. I am heading home tooday after an early practice. Lots to do tonight for the wedding and shower. So things went well in the long jump...I jumped 18 feet! Our 4x100 qualified provisional for nationals at a 48.81. 47.70 is automatic :) Triple went OK. I was really tired and so were my legs but I did improve, I jumped 34' 7". My first two jumps were fouls, both of which where in the 35's. The 200, went OK as well. Im still missing some of my speed in that. I ran like a 27.07 in that, which kind of sucks. I will get there again. So it was a nice day and my face is so red is not even funny...ok have a niceday!

well, the big Mount invitational is tomorrow and I am as ready as I need to be. Plenty of bayer to feel no pain and to get through 12 jumps and two running events. I have to run a good time in the 200 because I have to qualify for the All-Ohio meet. Ive been training for a month so I should be ok. well, hopefully thigns will go well!

I just slept from 1130-930. Im still tired. I ran 3.6 miles yesterday but I was tired before that. Hopefully this caught me up to normal sleeping now. Jaime: how are things going with Jonathon? So a nice cold track meet and I did well. 17' 81/2 in long jump and for my first time tripl ejumpng this year, I jumped 33'9. I won both events and the 4x100 got first and brought our time down to 50.68 (wind was bad). I didnt run the 200 because my knee was a little sore. Next weekend, another mount union meet and im going for NCAA provisional of 18'0 1/2" Bridal SHower time coming up!!! :):)

update on the job: Shawn had a 2 hour interview in which they showed him the entire plant and how things work. They then showed him the benefits and insurance....gave him a copy of this and all that stuff. He will hear from them in a week if they want to offer him the job....which they hopefully do! If they do....most likely we will live in Findlay or around toledo...perrysburg or something. Ok, track meet time!

So Shawn has a job interview at a plant in North Baltimore, OH. Anyone ever hear of it? I didnt think so...population just inder 3000. Old time city that is for sure. Good news, nearby cities like Findlay and Fostoria, Bowling Green and Grand Rapids. He already had a first interview and now they want him to go visit the plant to see how things work. Nice ohio weather...snow on the ground at the end of march. Well the days are counting down. My classes are done April 28th, Bridal Shower April 27th, Graduation and OAC conference May 9-11, Party time June 13th! and most importantly, JUNE 21!!!! Marriage day. Well, i am looking forward to a track meet because I would like to end my track career on a good note, and actually do well. I will! Ok, I have to go do some homework!

First outdoor meet was saturday. Not too exciting since it was very cold. I love it how every school in the OAC conference and just about every sport at Mount Union travels for spring break to compete in a competition. Not the track team. It must be nice to compete in warm weather....I will enjoy seeing how things work when they have to compete in cold weather. Our relay team is doing well. Long jump needs lots of work as does the 200. In other news...not much there. School is boring and I really cant wait to get out of here. Jaime- can you bring the veil to the bridal shower? My how Track is a lot of work! I had my second practice today and my body is sore. The good thing is that I have no pain, only when I twist my knee, which I have learned and continue to learn is a big no no. First meet on saturday at Muskingum College if it doesnt get cancelled. School is going so slow. I have a very easy load and I am trying to find things to do! Everything is basically done with the wedding, and the only thing I have to wait for is my RSVP when my invitations go out so I can start seating. Oh well, enough about that. Have a nice night!

Back from spring break :( It was an ok break, not too exciting, but not boring. I am starting outdoor track tomorrow and that I am nervous about. My knee is not healed yet and I still have pain. Finally running again. Track sucks. I have two weeks to recover and then start hurting myself again. Maybe I will actually heal this time. I sucked at conference, but for my third meet I jumped well. I hate being a girl...why is it that girls rarely get rid of the fat on the tummy? I realize that we need it to protect organs and such, but it is annoying. I finally have muscles yet the stupid tummy takes it over. Oh well. My knee is doing OK. I am in a bit more soreness than I was before this past meet, but I only have this meet coming up on friday/saturday and then one more after that. Hopefully I will have nationals, but one can only wait. HN track, what nice memories. Jaime- maybe we can stop up to HN if I come home over break...Amanda you too! Well, today is my slow day. I am going to actually finish my paper today since it is due tomorrow. Cleaning my room seems like a good thing as well. The sun is out so that means it will be a nice day! Take care!

Far from my goal of 17 feet. I basically couldnt put anything together. that and the fact that I was only able to take 3 jumps, 2 of which I couldnt get on the board. I had to run so I wasnt able to get my other 3 jumps. Running went bad too. Go figure. Well This week I am going to work hard and there is a home meet. I am going to run the 55, 300 and long jump. Hopefully things go better. no pain in the knee, so I guess that is the best news. Ok have a nice day!

Tuesday: Blah, what a horrible day. For me, there is nothing on tuesdays. Basically I get to catch up with all my work...oh wait, I have nothing to catch up to. Good news: I can start running, although I had to make a deal with the doctor: No pain pills while I am competing. Most of my workouts need to be in water except for occasional runway work. I am also able to get on the track once a week to get used to running on it again. Other than that I am stuck in my swim suit with a vest on my body. Oh yeah, I can jump into mats. How exciting, brings back memories from HN. By the way, did all you HN grads who ran track see that Mr. McDonnell or however you spell it is engaged? I might be mistaken but I swear it was him! I wonder how mr. farmer and his red head wife is doing...whats her name? Pam something. I cant remmeber. Oh well. I think i should start working on some things today....I get to cut out hearts and put names on them.

Hello all- Its almost thursday and that means I get to go home. The only bad part about thursday is I have to volunteer at McCrea Manor where the old people say mean things to me. What a nice career I have ahead of me. MRI on friday and then to the doctor on monday. I am going to run when I am up for it, definitly not pushing it and most likely still biking a lot. 4 months and like 15 days away! Its weird that in about 3 months, graduation is here. JAIME still hasnt told me about if I need to try on my dress. Its ok if I dont have to this weekend, but just let me know either way and then I can relax :) How is the veil coming, I am looking forward to playing with hair and putting it on. We will have to make a date. :) well, nothing new is going on, classes are SO easy. Its just a time when life is putting all this nice and easy stuff on me so that when I graduate I am in a work place that is from hell. Good news to report. I ran today....I sprinted today. I am not approved by the doctor but since i have no pain I am starting to get my body in shape. I have a doctor appt. on monday now so I can run sooner. However, I have decided that I will not jump for indoor, well I might jump once right before conference. But luckily the doctor was more worried about me jumping and I am going to be running. SO, hopefully I can catch up. Oh, note to Jaime: I wont be on crutches for the wedding...i promise....what fun would that be on my honeymoon? :) Im coming home this weekend so let me know if you will be home. See ya!

A new month has arrived. One more closer to the wedding. I have lots of things I need to thinking about, but I am more than 80% sure that this is what I am going to do: If I snap the bones that my doctor is worried about, I will have 4-6 weeks of no pressure on my leg whatsoever. After that, I will have anywhere from 4-10 months on crutches, followed by use of one crutch and than perhaps a cane for some more time. That is a long time, and when I started to think about it, I dont want to be on my honeymoon on crutches, nor do I want to be on them for my wedding. I want to enjoy those events. Therefore, I am not going long jump until the doctor says even if that means I cant in indoor track. What I am going to do is run. The doctor is worried about me jumping and landing on it since that is so much force. I am going to get approved, well I am going to run asap. I have no pain by the way. So I am going to attempt to run the 55, the relay, the 300 and then some other running event. I am trying to get into the doctor this week coming up and then I can start training. Well, thats about it! Thanks to Kristina, im still writing on here :):)

Sometimes I think that patience is not a virtue. I waited and let things happen with my internship, and what did that do? Nothing. I was supposed to have an internship and then the guy cancelled. Great news considering I need to have all this done by this week. Now I need to find a job, and find a way to switch some credits over three weeks into the semester. What fun. great news! I finally got my internship...I have to call the administrator tomorrow and i will most likely begin on tuesday.In other news, my knee is begining to feel better. I have the MRI tomorrow afternoon and then on mondya I am going to start running no matter what. BW track meet this weekend...Ill be there cheering on my teammates. Here is some exciting news....I may have torn part of my ACL in my right knee. I like hurting both the PCL and ACL of that knee. Luckily I will only miss my first track meet and I should be moving by the weekend. Isnt it exciting? The day has finally come...my last day of my second to last semester of college. I will be heading home for a little more then an entire month. Well, i just wanted to get some more words down because a week from today I will be home for a month and will not be writing until I get back to school in January. Finals are next week and I have one to do on tuesday and a take home exam due. Things are seemingly running smooth but who knows what could happen. Early on a friday morning....full of basically nothing. I have class at 10 and I am not looking forward to going to it. I am also still in my pjs and since I am writing here, I most likely will be late to class....Oh wait, my professor is always late to class! Hey there everyone....pretty busy week for me, full of all the work that my professors finally realized they did not have enough time to give to us during the semester and thus need to give it to us now. Thanksgiving break is so close and I am very excited to get home and work and plan a wedding! I am very excited because it is almost 7 months away. Jaimes birthday is coming up! The big 22 and that is getting old! (HE HE). AManda on the other hand....youve got a few more months :) So the three of us need to get together over christmas and get moving on some things....Jaime, we need to talk because i want to make sure your mom can still alter the dresses in april or some time and get mine alter over the break that is best for your mom. So I have a story to tell: Sunday night, I had to come back to school...I had tons of homework and the weather was fine and dandy in North Olmsted with all the storms moving about 45 mph towards us. So, about 545 I left for little old Alliance, Ohio. For those of you who do not know where Alliance is, its about 20 minutes from Canton. I saw the storm behind me the whole time I was driving, and slowly the lightning began to strike very very close to my car. I saw blue flashes in front of my car and many all around it. Once I just left streetsboro, it started to drizzle. Few more minutes and the storm was full blown. After leaving the lights of streetboro, the storm got even worse. Wind was horendous and the radio kept saying that if you are traveling in atwater and many other counties, (all of which I was going through) to get off the road. There were tornados down 44 and 43 and I could see the clouds hovering above me. I was shaking the entire time I was driving, and as I turned down 183, I was getting very uncomfortable. I knew once I went over the train tracks, there would be only 10 minutes of pure forest with no houses. I knew I shouldnt be driving because i could barely see and so I decided to stop. I slowed down and picked a house. I got out of the car and heard the most horrid wind I have ever heard in my life. I started pounding on the door hoping they would come to the door and they were normal. Soon a young girl came and let me in since I was shaking very bad and crying. I sat there for 45 minutes, and they took a long time to answer the door because they basement window was blown out from the wind. To make a long story short, I started to go back to school and just made it before another storm took place. The clouds were just horrid and scary...But I am ok!!

Well, this week so far has not been so bad. I started this new jump for long jump and so far I have increased by about 5 inches. Not too bad considered 5 inches is the difference between 18.6 and 19.1....also between 8th and 2nd at nationals. Although my butt is going to be sore for some time, it will be cool to finally get to try it. Im getting old....22. But I am glad that I am 22 because its the age Im getting married at. Birthdays do not seem so much fun at this age....its not like when you are younger when everyone throws a big deal for you and your so excited. Although Im excited, I am just lookinf forward to my birthdays after this one. Alrighty, havea nice day!

I almost forgot! Shawn and I had a bread fight on sunday. It was awesome. The bread was the big loaf like you would buy in france or something. We split it an he started hitting me with it. I didnt mangage to hit him unless they were cheap shots when I was pretending to eat and then would hit him in the face with it. I got hit constantly in the face! It was so funny we were practically rolling on the floor with laughter! I love you Shawnee!

I have something interesting to talk about this time....do you ever have the experience when you see someone, someone you have not spoken to in a very long time and you dont know what to do? Its always nice when you meet someone a long time ago, attempt to date them, but then things dont work out and all hell breaks out. 3 years later, the two people finally have a conversation and realize that the problems they thought they had were not what they really were....so now you are talking again..just as friends. Everytime you see that person though, you feel stupid. You dont know what to talk about, or say because for the last 3 years all these amazing things have happened to you and its hard to catch up that amount of time. You feel stupid to talk about current relationships and since you did date that person for a little bit of time, you still have a tiny bit of an attraction to that person because things never really ended in a normal way. People forced you apart. Relationships are odd, and I always believe that there is a reason why each relationship ends. I know for me, I have found someone that has the best things i have wanted in a guy that I have experienced in the other boys I dated. He has them all at once! I couldnt ask for more :) Well, thats what is sitting on my mind....so have a nice snowy day everyone! I like that song my little buttercup :):)

I finally figuered out that you have to press post and publish for my work to show up on my web...silly me. The best news...Dave Viscomi goes to Kent State and Amanda P talked to him!!!!!!!! For those of you who dont know Dave Viscomi, he went to Holy Name and since the first day of freshman orientation when he walked in with an orangeish brown shirt, I had an instant crush! Of course, not anymore since I am almost a married woman... :) But he is damn hot! I am a little nervous about accepting Brian's test to be a link, but I am pretty sure I can handle it. Another wonderful weekend in the great city of alliance. It rained again, how exciting. The best part was that I had the house to myself this weekend, well and Shawn of course. Amanda said someone goes to Kent state, and tell me who! Not sure if she even reads this, but I will find out. IF you know jaime, let me know. Well, Shawn and I are going shopping today at belden Village Mall, so have a nice rest of the weekend everyone!

Wednesday morning is a nice morning because its almost the weekend. This weekend, Shawn and I carved pumpkins, and mine was better than his! (jk sweetie) It was fun! There hasnt been too much excitment in my life, nothing compared to Jaime or Brians blog, but oh well! I am really looking forward to Christmas break that is for sure. Gots to run to class!!!

Sorry it has been so long, but this blog thing takes some time to get used to. Jaime told me how to do the shout box so I will get to that when I have some time. 8months until the wedding! Lots to do this december, so I have a feeling things will get a little hectic. Thats what bridesmaids are for :) ok well off to my homework again!

HI everyone, I don't know why I started this, but I guess it helps keep my friends updated with my life....and boy do I have lots to tell my friends whom I do not get to see too often. First and I think most important, I might not be living in Ohio. Shawn has applied to many jobs out of state including vermont, Georgia, North Carolina, Kentucky, and Maryland. Some jobs he applied in Ohio, but the closest is Columbus or Cinncinatti. Anywho, not too much longer until all that begins! Well its homework time, so talk to you soon!
